Yes. Our technicians hold high-voltage certification for Fiat EV work. We service the 500e battery, electric drive unit, onboard charger and thermal management system, and we have the Fiat-specific factory tools required to lock out and isolate the high-voltage system safely.
Yes. We use genuine Fiat parts, follow Fiat factory service procedures, and our logbook stamps satisfy Fiat Australia's warranty and capped-price service requirements in full. Bring your service book and we'll handle the documentation properly.
Yes. We service the Ducato in van, cab-chassis and motorhome configurations. Diesel servicing, AdBlue work, commercial diagnostics and recall campaigns are all handled in-house. Tell us when you book whether your Ducato has a motorhome conversion so we allocate the right bay.
Cost varies by model year and service interval. Most current 500s are on Fiat Australia capped-price servicing, which fixes the cost for scheduled services. Older models are quoted on the work needed. Call us with your VIN and we'll give you a firm price.
Yes. As an authorised workshop we have full access to Fiat Australia recall campaigns and current software calibrations. Recall work is performed at no charge to the owner. If you've had a letter from Fiat Australia, bring it in.
